Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping
-Free shipping for U.S. orders over $75

-Additional Re-shipping fee of $5.99 for domestic return orders applies; these include packages that are returned to sender or Insufficient address.
- We cannot change an address that is already in transit.
-We cannot Forward packages or ship to forwarding addresses.

Shipping Timeline

- All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase.
-The 1-2 business days processing timeline does not include the delivery timeline.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via DHL - Delivery is estimated to take 5-15 business days. 

We are not responsible for another country's taxes or custom/ import charges which may be imposed when your package is delivered or in transit. If you do not pay your duties it may cause a delay or your package may be held by customs. If you refuse your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please check your local delivery services for more information on delivery status.

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid paying duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to DABIC Jewelry Store. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. please be sure to reach out to us at admin@dabicstores.com for more information.


Refund Policy

-We do not offer money-back refunds or cancellations of orders.
-We cannot change the form of payment after purchase.
-Is the item damaged or did you receive the wrong size or item?? We offer 1 Free exchange per order within 15 days of the delivery date please email us admin@dabicstores.com


15 Day - Free Exchange Policy 

To exchange (1 free exchange per order) your order, please email (admin@dabicstores.com) with your order number and request to make an exchange and a free shipping label will be sent via email for U.S. customers only

- Your exchange will only ship after we have received the correct items you are exchanging. We cannot ship your exchange before we receive the original items in your order.

-The exchanging items must be clean, unworn, and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. 

- After the exchange is requested the package must be shipped to us within 5 business days. 

- Due to high demand we cannot guarantee the items your originally purchased will be available to exchange later.  (Eg. If you would like to exchange your size 5 ring for a size 6 - it is possible that the size may be sold out and cannot be exchanged for that size)

(Sizes and items for exchange are not guaranteed until receipt of returned item.)

International exchanges - Customers will be required to pay the shipping fees in order to exchange their items.
